This was actually meant to be a birthday gift for someone but because of my scanner acting up and me having to work around that plus getting sick over the weekend, it'sss...kinda late. <_> But I warned the commissioner that that was a possibility beforehand and they said it was fine, so! Here it is! Commissioned by Apep on RPRepository of a friend of theirs' character, Lily! Glowy stuff is FUN. Hope they like and that it's worth the wait!
