No, this one is an entirely new unit.

I didn't want to have to rely on the Matrix a second time for an upgrade ( since that is how GuyverC became a Warrior Guyver in the first place)

Really? A new Unit?.....Looks a bit like Zagam (any connection?). I'm quite curious as to the origins on this unit (Test unit, experiment from way back, alternate dimension?)

I found Warrior Guyver.com ages ago and I LOVED it ever since. Read all the stories, loved the fan-art (Destrol is my fav Zoalord). Kinda confused why a Canadian Guyver had a Green color scheme, but I'm sure you had yer reasons ^_^

I'll have to say "No Comment" on the Units origins sadly.

But the reasons behind GuyverC being green, are twofold. 1. It is my favorite color, and 2. We use the theory that personality determins what color the armor takes... So a Red Guyver, most likely would be a very angry character or such.

If the Warrior Guyver datafiles are any indication, 'black' seems to equal 'evil'-- the Shadow Guyver, Chronos Guyver C, and the most *ungodly evil* son of a bitch of ALL TIME, Zagam. But then again, Angel is black, and she's not evil, and neither is Zeus (though evil, does not necessarily exclude the part of 'asshole'). I probably am leaving someone out, but I think I got them all.

Agito/Zeus is Black simply because Guyver 3 was "black/dark purple" (depending on the source) and Gigantic Dark was definitely Black. And Agito has always been a schemer (wanting to rule the world himself ect...). Though back when the fan fictions were started, we never knew exactly how much of a schemer he really was, but his armor was already Dark, and after seeing more, he definitely started to turn against everyone.

As for Angel, she was created by Allen Lucas, and from his fan fictions (Great War of the Guyvers), he did not use the same information regarding unit colors that we did. So that was probably not part of the equation in her creation. That or deep down, maybe Angel is evil?

Though, it should also be stated that, a lot of our units are proto-types, and may or may not act like a normal Unit-G in many cases.
