This is Rage, she's originally from Transformers's Beast wars Neo only in the manga series. Couldn't find her actual refs, so I came up an design for her and here it is.RageΒ has a jellyfish alternate mode, and is a queen of planet Wednesday (Weird name for a planet, right?) The planet is completely covered by water.
Any-who, I'm adding her in Tixie's story Beast wars Neo and is the love interest of Stampy (He's an Maximal rabbit)
