It is sort of a cookie, yes, but it is made of egg white, sugar and almondpaste.

My great grandparents immigrated from Iceland so we're very proud of our culture and background. Me more than the others

As you should be! Vikings are cool... although they were mean and they killed a lot of people... but they did descorver a lot of the world in their time!

True, I am and Vikings were here too! Where I grew up, small village, my father owned some forrest land in which there actually is viking graves! He told me when I was a child that he told the local museums about it but they weren't interested in it so they are still there, untouched! That is really cool, I think at least... Maybe I should go back there one day and take photos of it!

Oh please do! I'd love to see some real viking graves! How exciting! And stupid of the museum! They have no clue what they'll find there!...but at the same time I hate to dig up the dead...but I want to see what's there. So complicated

I asked dad, when I visited them Sunday-Monday, if we could go there one day and he said "yes". We didn't go there this time though but I will try to get him to go there next time I go there and we go for a walk.
Luckily we didn't take a too far of a walk this time... I am staying home sick now, I have a fever! -.-
