I promised that I'd tell her how to make a princess cake (princesstårta as it is called in Swedish and is the most common one in swedish bakeries/pastry shops/cafés). Then I thought, it is kind of hard just to wrtie about how to do it so I decided to make a photo made tutorial of it. Some photos might not be 100% perfect... but only using my phone whilst still working it is the best I could manage. I hope it shows it well enough.

It would have been easier to show you if I could've use both of my hands fixing the marzipan... but I had to hold the phone in one hand!
