Description I felt bored one day, and so i decided to pixel a sword or two. A few hours later things got a bit out of hand and I ended up doing more than just 2. Was happy with the outcome though! The last 2 are based on some swords drawn by other artists. So credits to them for the design.

Not free to use.

I want these skills... and these swords (mainly the 4th one, I like glowing lines and gems)
The handle of the third sword makes me feel like I can actually do one of these because it looks so simple, but so awesome.

Do you think I could draw one of these swords? I'd credit and link you of coarse :3

Amazing! What resolution did you do these in?

Uhm, regular resolution? I'm not sure as to what you meant xD Im aware you can change the resolution on photoshop (tho im slightly unclear what that's all about) but I work on ms Paint

Okay.
Another question (sorry if I'm too inquisitive) how do you pick the colors for your pixel art?
I've always been fascinated by the color combinations and palettes that artists like you and Big Brother on PixelJoint have. I've never been able to achieve the same result.

Well, i just pick nice-looking colors from the Paint color palette as i pixel something, but these colors arent definite. After im done with something i usually open up photoshop and mess with the hues, and color gradients until something soothing comes out. There's no really way to explain it xD I basically mess with them until it looks right to me

So it's a matter if experimentation, then? Cool
Thanks for the help.

Honestly if you want some real concrete color picking techniques, talk to DawnBriger on Pixeljoint...that man has a whole technique to color picking
