My oc Phenomenon. In my story Quantum she is a god like character and the first Anomaly, a race of evolved super human beings, ever to exist. Though most of the time she doesn't desire to use her godly powers, claiming that she doesn't want to harm others in the process. In truth Phenomenon refuses to use her powers not only because she is actually selfish and uncaring deep down but because she is deeply afraid of herself.
