I love all the different hues and shades you used here, the lighting really makes her glow. The pose is quite natural and the hair flows very nicely. You did an excellent job conveying the deep thoughts she seems to be in from her stand and mute, but intense, expression.
I would improve on this by adding more redness to the shoulders as you've done to her face, and neck, the shades of yellow around the top of her breasts stick out a lot from the rest of the skin and looks a bit unnatural. Also a little shine to the pentagram pendant and the necklace cord would help give it more of a realistic, 3D look and help it fit in more with the feel of the rest of the picture.
I hope this helps! ^^

Great point on the color of the shoulders and the pendent - I didn't apply the lighting correctly in this region so it definitely looks off - great catch and feedback!

It's alright, I always don't notice things myself and then go back to tweak them here and there, great job overall!

An area of improvement for this piece would be the shoulder. It could be the background, but it looks like the shoulder has a slight corner to it. The hair is once again very nicely detailed, that is certainly something you're doing very well
