The nose and eye shape are really good I would maybe change the head shape though. Boys tend to have a more square and defined shape head while girls have a more softer rounder look to them. I would try a more oval/circle triangle shape since the chin seems very wide. Otherwise I think it looks awesome especially the hair which you have parted really well.
