Description
This is a theme based on EluneSpecial thanks to for the permission to make the theme for KDE.
Instructions:
Extract the theme to ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ or install the theme using the System Settings>Workspace Theme>Desktop Theme. The theme should appear, apply the theme.

Compatibility
Plasma 5.0 workspace or above.

Added Breeze Plasma 5 icons to fit the theme
Window snap effect is now translucent not solid.

Made text darker to suit the translucent panel better.
