So I decided to make one of my bases a Pay to use hope you guys like it!

Rules

Files come in PSD and Sai, Sai is the original file

For Paypal uses please note me with the title "Pay to use" if you'd like to purchase it via Paypal. Prices are listed in USD when purchasing with Paypal.

  You MUST credit me every-time you use it, link back to the base if possible I'd love to see what others come up with <3

You MUST comment if you purchase so I have a record of who has permission to use this base

  You are allowed to make small changes to the base such as making your own ears/tail, extra fins, eyes, hair or faces

  You can only make small alterations such as the ones listed above to the base, note me if you are questionable about something

You are allowed to use this to make adoptables, personal oc reference or customs.

Do NOT resell, re-uploading, distribute, or claim the base as your own.

Do NOT share the file with you friends.

Do not copy, trace, or anyway steal my work. If you DID NOT purchase, you do not have permission to use it.

Do not use this for commission/YCH, (only adopts, personal reference and customs are allowed. )
