This is beautiful! What kind of brush are you using? Is it a water color on PS?

Thank you so much!! <3 The brush I'm using is a chalky looking one in Photoshop, I am not 100% if it is a default brush because my program is as old as time itself and my brushes are not even slightly organised, but I am maybe 80% sure its just a photoshop standard one and not a download??
