Radec: One of Visari's top lieutenants and very powerful. Not only is he super strong but he also can cloak and appear in front of you when you least expect itBlack Beetle: One the stronger beetles. His suit can regenerate and is almost impenetrable.
Battle takes place at Visari's headquarters

It would on how close Radec could get to him or how well the Helghan troops could get distract Beetle. Radec would have to precise though, one wrong move and Beetle could cripple him.

Well one thing to keep in mind is that both characters are supposed to go in largely blind, so Radec shouldn't even know about the weakspot in advance. And if he doesn't know, how would he guess that Black Beetle even has a weakspot? Plus, when we saw the beetles destroyed, it took another beetle to do it, we don't know a machine gun or knife would work, though I'm leaning towards them not working since the Green Lantern Corp probably wouldn't be so afraid of the Reach if their strongest soldiers were that easy to disable.

I was kinda referring to later on in the fight. Radec would probably try to find a weak point one he sees that his normal tactics don't work and the Helghan don't have mere normal weapons, they have 24th century tech, Black Beetle's tech is just a bit beyond 21st century technology. It really depends on what the tech can do.

Well don't forget that Black Beetle typically shrugged off everything used on him, and characters that could toss a 65 ton tank couldn't do much against him, and don't see the Helghan's weapons packing that much of punch. That said, I will give that Radec might at least get a chance to try and find a weakspot given that Black Beetle is arrogant and sometimes lets himself toy with his enemies too much.
