Hi. You're amazing! If you could take a quick second to answer this, you would honestly change my life: What do I physically need to do during practice, each day, to eventually be able to create something like this?
Can you please break down exactly what one extremely motivated beginner student would need to do, each & every day when he or she sits down to practice, in order to create these incredible photorealistic 2d digital drawing/paintings from my imagination?
I've been trying some stuff, but I still suck!!
Can you please make me, like, a list?!!!! So I can then go out and explore those topics? Or at least tell me what I need to physically be doing with my practice time?
If there's any books/DVDs/tutorials, please tell me.

All that manly battle-armor covering these warriors from head-to-toe, then we have the Amazon with her bikini armor... Right.

And also notice the minotaur and little goblinesque creature below him that are also sparsely armoured.

Awww, but you missed the fact that the Minotaur and the Goblin have +4 Natural Armor from their base character races, elves only get bonuses to Wisdom and Dexterity which unless they took the Agile feat, will not help them in combat to protect themselves.

What do you find similar in the picture of leohao ? idea of battle scene between good and evil ? the only think which I'm finding similar is the archer
as you probably know the picture which you sent is a poster for the HoMM5 and the design of the archer is taken form that game, here is the link [link]
and where do you think artists of HoMM5 take inspiration ?... right in history and real life because everything is already created and you can just mix ideas and add a little bit from your imagination here are some links to historical archers check them please

I don't think that the contrast is similar, it's a common concept, light vs dark.
And this is from a game, so of course there will be similarities, they're drawing from the same base.

Same here, i thought of WoW too. Tauren + Orcs + Undead versus Humans and Elves. though elves inWow are night elves so dark skinned. The Lady elf looks a lot like Jaina Proudmoore. And also the flags are similar... same colors
