Edit: Recently, someone accused me of ripping and editing RO sprites when making this. I assure you I did not and I put a lot of hard work into these. =__= Here's an in-progress picture to prove it: [link]Whew, finally finished. @___@ I've been working on these a lot over the past few days. Ugh, I absolutely hated working on the Adell sprite. How is it that the character with the simplest design was the hardest to make? T___T
Oh yeah, and I also noticed that I accidentally made Disgaea 2 version Laharl for my Disgaea 1 sprites. XDD;; So I just moved him here and fixed up the parts I wasn't happy with.
And yes, I tend to over-shade my sprites. .__.;; I need to work on that.
Characters
Row 1: Adell, Rozalin, Tink
Row 2: Yukimaru, Hanako, Taro, Axel
Row 3: Laharl, Etna, Flonne
I might make Zenon and Fubuki eventually if I ever feel like it. Next up: Disgaea 3. ^^

I'm a spriter, and big fan of Disgaea myself, and this really caught my eye. Very nicely done!
I wish I could borrow some of your talent, cause I'm in the middle of attempting a original sprite animation series. Kinda big of a project for only 2 people, wouldn't you say?

What kind of sprites are you trying to make, exactly?

I'd like to make a 2 npc sprites. One of Sir Fratley from FFIX and one of his skeletal remains, (since in the quest Im working on he passes away), I'd like to make a Equipable Hat sprite based on Fratlet's Hat and a custom Spear Weapon also based on Sir Fratley's Spear

Also, how I learned for the most part was just copying other styles of sprites (started with FFVI style, but have also done Chrono Trigger, RO, and a few others).
