spent many a day bombing around in an old ford pick up like that one,
Ya you had been outside after breakfast, called in for lunch and dinner, and told you had to be home by ( insert time as you got older ) after dinner.
all the sports got their run along with fishing, swimming, building forts, climbing trees, hunting for snakes, frogs and turtles, bows, pellet guns, sling shots, kites, bikes and having fun with your dog, and friends etc etc, the summer was endless, of course there was other side of it, scraped knees and elbows, bug bites, thorn bushes, stinging nettle, and the always popular poison ivy, ( should have taken out stocks in calamine lotion ) and the winters full of snow and more fun, and bumps and bruises .
wouldn't have traded it for anything we got today.
