Description
ThIn response to multiple notes, I have received on the topic and simply wanting to show those who follow me the extent I will be increasing the editing in the future. I wanted to go ahead and post this. I will most likely move this to a journal eventually. Though I wanted to make sure more people and pizza saw this. This is a quick example showing off the difference in some of the editing, for one of the characters. Though it's not done and it's and its zoomed in, so its all pixely n stuff. You should be able to easily tell the difference. Depending on your monitor/screen, the images will look wildly different.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For those of you that believe this is easy ^-^.... it is not, lol
I have had a few notes sent to me about how easy this is. Well, this is a product of at least 4 hours overnight. I will note that during this time I worked on much more than the face, which I am not showing. But usually, the majority of time is spent on cutting the characters out without it looking like poo. This is all without even discussing the backgrounds I have been trying to make a standard for each page. Which takes hours upon hours that range... even if it looks like poo in the end. You also have to do this process for every scene, unless you want to reuse the same model each time. (which I don't)
I could revert back to how I did Becoming Popular. Which I wrote and created all the images within a 2 week period. Then posted it all around the same time. But the writing was all day and all night during that time and the images were only screenshots. Which I don't have a problem with. I simply like the idea of having backgrounds that match the story.... Though it's hard and probably looks like poo to everyone. I think it's worth it if I have the time.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To be clear, this does affect how fast I can create a page. In Becoming Popular, if we exclude writing. Putting the character together, adjusting the face, and finally screenshotting(correctly) before posting. Took anywhere from a half an hour, to 2 hours. Then you would simply repeat this for the next page.
Whereas with Book Worm it's a bit more extensive. Putting the character together, screenshotting the character(correctly), Cutting the character out, creating the background (and whatever that entails), Cleaning up your character (because you will math up), Then Final touch-ups before posting. This can take anywhere from four to eight hours.
As you can see BookWorm takes a bit more, and will sadly continue to take more time the more I try to add. Though the better I get the more efficient I will become.
I hope I have answered the questions of the several who have left me notes. While also showing something to those who care ^-^. I don't want this to come off as only responding to those that have sent me notes. The majority of this info is for those of you that read my content or might want to get into using Stardoll for your own purposes.

For anyone curious, I do not make these characters, I use Stardoll. Stardoll is basically a glorified dress up game. With leveling up to unlock new clothes, hair, makeup and other features. It is surprisingly in-depth, and for those of you lacking in skill when it comes to the more traditional *visual* art forms. This is a great way to make some cool stories. The reason I initially started using Stardoll, was because one of my favorite writers, Melissa822 . Created some of my favorite stories using them(One still ongoing ). It's kind of a shame more people aren't using Stardoll. For those of you that want to create a story using more visual tools. Yet lack more traditional skills I highly recommend it! Check out Melissa822 for inspiration. I recommend An innocent game for someone new. It's a great story. It is not too long, and it will give you more insight.
This will most likely be moved to my scraps and re-posted in journal form by the end of the week.

Yeah, that's true. I have learned this from experience. The creative work really takes plenty of time and effort, of course, it also depends on each person and other factors, but the compound needs first, to please who created.
