Anatomically, the Tail would start at the base of the Coccyx (curve of the bottom) rather than at the sacrum, or hipbone:

I would have liked to have an reptilian tail, I have problems imagine them and keep a grutio shape near the anus. I miss when I pass it 3D model.

Very helpful. I honestly assumed ot just followed the spine. I didn't factor in the cartilage or anything, which is probably what gave me the misconception. Thanks!
