Chapter 4 of Unmei.The scene is Vegeta waiting to be called for his number at the Tenkaichi Budokai.
I originally had this posted in color, but it was unfinished. I decided to go back to my original line art and ink it instead. I'm going to do the same with all the other chapter covers to be consistent (minus the first one, which I might end up redrawing completely!).
