Dead Water Love-Crash (caps from the copy pasta! sorry)
So I decided to step out of my comfort zone, and yeah I am not happy (I am happy only in very rare occasions anyways lol). So I decided to play a bit with a not so bad reference for two reasons, perspective and light/shadows. So the subject is seen from a worm eye point of view. So the lower part of the body should look proportionally bigger than the upper. The light was coming basically from the distant (left) side of the reference. I think the general shading of the body is not bad, however the shading of the boobs especially the right sided one caused me severe pain in my balls lol. But I am practicing, sadly there aren't many references for boobs this size compared to their owner's body. also getting 2 sphere with that light angle is something hard to grasp for my mind. But I'll continue practicing.
Also this one looks better in the thumnail than at full size, at full size you wil notice the graphite stains and how ruined i left the paper. Extra point for digital!

Hehe I always need references. Without them I am worthless. But although some perspectives are easy, others, even with references, are pretty tough, especially if foreshortening or vanishing points are involved. For those difficult ones I draw what my brain thinks it sees, not what my eyes truly see

Looks great to me. And if you ever need reference for spheres, you could always set up a still life of two normal balls, bowling, basket, etc. and shine a spot on them, just to give you a point of reference where core and gradients would be.

ah yes getting the balls is easy, getting the light in position is not, considering that accomodating the balls in respect to a ceiling bulb for that position would require quite a lot of preparation

It's fine, I think my SAD is acting up, cause I can't feel motivated to do anything of mirth in my daily life, I have been doing pencil drawings but, still thoe are going rather slowly.

Maybe the shading's a little weak, but pencil can be a tough medium with subtle shading at times.
