I like the softness of the charcoal whenever i try it looks a bit clumsy and heavy handed are you using any lighter or harder charcoal or is it technique ?

Well, for this one I used willow charcoal, which basically means it was a stick from a tree. It's a lot different from compressed charcoal - it's very light and thin, and you can erase it with your fingers. It's not as hard to use as compressed charcoal, but it doesn't get as dark, either.
For this drawing, I think I took a piece on it's side to draw the shadows, and used my fingers to manipulate them. It really doesn't take a light touch since it erases so easily.
I get a box of assorted widths. A pack of 30 won't cost more than $5 or so. I get them here [link] but you can probably pick them up at any arts & craft store, or hell, maybe even Wal-Mart.

You could work out the rest a little bit more, and it would be perfect!

Any drawing that depicts a womans butt is a winner to me. I think you should try to render it out a little more and make it darker. Then it would be really good.

this is nice. it is a herv soft drawing which leads you to think that she is a giving person, a mother perhaps.
