AoT is an acronym that stands for "Attack on Titan". It's a Japanese anime show about humanity fighting against impending extinction from these grotesque giants who have invaded their last surviving city. If you are into Japanese anime shows, then you should check it out.
Anyway the end credits of the episodes (at least for this current season) features a scene of a young girl running by a lake. The scene is done in black and white with noticeable pencil lines and textures. That is what your sketch here reminds me of.
Either way, it's real cool on its own.

Yeah Japanese animes are normally hit-or-miss television shows for western audiences, I can tell you that from personal experience. So I can understand why some people would not be into them that much, however Attack on Titan really is one of the good ones.
