Personality:
If you could accurately pinpoint one stereotype he fits into, it'd probably by the 80's 'biker' dude.
He isn't mean or nasty, but he's always prepared to punch a face, and never afraid to take someone on in a race [Even if Bud and Maxi keep yelling at him for it.] He likes 'hangin' in public areas, like the fire hydrant, the cafe, or the meadow-heart playhouse. He's not opposed to a bit or pranking every so often, but generally is very friendly to just about anyone. Though he has a smugness about him and a general lax attitude towards authority. ...Any authority. He'd probably sass a god just as quickly as he'd sass you.

He also has a consistent craving for freedom and 'riding free'. With a natural thirst for adventure and a bold attitude that most would call 'stupidity'. He gets himself into dangerous situations both for the simple thrill, and for the fact he can't help but play chicken with death constantly.

History:
Brady was born and raised in the city, raised to be a 'good' school boy, real book smart nerd type. Not just learning history and science, but magic as well. Learning from a private tutor how to make his wings grow in size so he can fly easier, as he was born with naturally small wings. Which was obviously the reason his parents put emphasis on school rather than sports.

However, then he met BB. BB was a girl who played hookie and owned a motorbike, and it made him so curious. It was like a romantic comedy in reverse. The nerdy school boy and the tough biker chick. They ended up being close friends by the end, with their gang, 'The meanie weenies'.

Brady and BB eventually let a few others into their gang, but eventually, BB got tired and retreated to Lilypad to recharge. Though at this point, Brady didn't really have any other friends, so he followed her to Lilypad. Which, she thankfully didn't really mind.

Powers/Abilities:
-Flight
-Can breathe fire/Spit electricity
-Increased senses/speed/agility
-Fast healing
-Fire resistance [He could probably swim in lava if he wanted to.]
-Wing size change [He can change the size of his wings, so they're kinda small in the ref, but he can make them big. Though he can only make them as long as his body, no more. Not a dragon thing really, he learned how to do it due to his being born with small wings.]
-Minor shapeshifting [He can take a human form. Which is a natural idea in many versions of dragon lore.]
-Tough scales [His scales can absorb a lot of the blunt force from physical attacks, they're also resistant to blades like swords and arrows. His belly scales and those around his face as softer though, and do not have this.]

He can't fly very well without making his wings big, so I'd prefer him not being drawn flying without a change in his wing size.
