This guy seems to always be happy, constantly giggling (thus his name) and smiling. He's mad as a hatter, often singing to himself, stammers and stumbles around carefree, constantly cracking puns and jokes. He's definitely not a threat, right? Well...if his wordplay, managing to repeat things that were said months ago word for word, and actually managing to make clever jokes is any indication, it means he might be a lot more than he lets on, but of course, with such a fried brain, that couldn't be right...could it?
