Personality:
Narcissus "Neal" Cloudborne is a mischief-maker who loves stirring the pot and getting into trouble. He's always looking for a rush, always looking for his next dopamine fix, always looking for something to laugh at or a challenge to face. He'll make a joke out of your day's plans/events and hope that you'll just shake hands with him afterward.
He's a show-offy guy who overestimates his own abilities to the point it often comes off as him having an ego. ...Which isn't necessarily true, it's more like...he somehow thinks he's above the consequences of his own stupidity. His reputation as a rule-breaking, wise-cracking, mischief-maker/daredevil is very precious to him, meaning that he can and will take any challenge if he thinks this reputation is being threatened.
He doesn't pull pranks too often, but when he does, they're often for the laughs, and not meant to be personal or malicious. [and yes, he does indulge himself in the occasional prank war, and yes, he does get competitive and tries to top not only his prank war rival, but also himself.] He's very good with keeping his beak shut when it comes to secrets though, so don't worry about him breaking into your house and finding your journal. He's not gonna tell the town all about your secret crush on the ATS [Aust boys] as a gag.
History:
Narcissus [aka Neal] grew up in Cirrostratus with his mom, his dad having left a week after he was born. His mother was very strict and controlling of him, leading to Narcissus constantly escaping the house, running off when his mom wasn't home, and doing random mischievous activities around the house when he was bored.
He'd constantly rush out of the house any chance he got, as he wasn't allowed outside unless he was being dragged to the store to run errands. Every single time he left the house, he'd meet with a small group of friends he managed to have, who made a small group of trouble-makers. They'd all do dumb kid stuff, and eventually dumb teen stuff, and by the time he was 15, Narcissus was being brought home by the cops every other day. Much to his mom's embarrassment.
She decided they'd move away, and as much as Neal tried to argue, she wouldn't hear it. He was 20 by this point, and on their way to the new home, Narcissus and his mother finally got into a heated argument in the car. The argument finally made Neal unleash all his bottled up emotions to her, which his mother responded to by apologizing and telling him she'd be an adult, and a better parent.

Nah, I'm just kidding.
She straight-up stopped the car, literally kicked him out, then drove off. It was at this point that Neal realized he didn't know where the new house was, or where he was. Then he found lilypad.

- Looks at his reflection in the mirror and talks to it/makes muscles at himself
- He once flew into a hurricane after someone called him a 'chicken-mule', which landed him in the hospital.
- He calls people by pet names: 'Dollface, babe, Love, Princess, etc.' ...yes, he gives these pet names to everyone, not just women. ...Just take it a sign of endearment, because he's not gonna stop.
- Speaking of, he's an unironic fan of the Aust boys and knows all of their songs by heart, and he isn't afraid to say it.
