And so it begins.
Between orders, I will be working on the pattern for this cutie.
Im slowly switching from Etsy, to Storenvy. So I will sell my pattern there too, along at Craftys and Ravelry as well. Make sure to keep an eye out.

I've only really tried to make one sort of giraffe before in crochet. The pattern wasn't my own, but this guy is just adorable! I wish you luck with your new Storenvy, I feel you're pain with the expensive Etsy account.

Love it! How difficult is it? I've never really crocheted any animals before, is it hard? Do you think you could do more patterns to? I've always wanted to do an Oddish or a turtle. :3

If you don't mind me asking, how'd you get going on etsy? I'm thinking of starting a store, but I know it's really hard to get started.

I started with simple things.
But I wasn't really selling much, and you're right, it does take awhile to get started.
I just started showing my works on Instagram, tumblr, Facebook and twitter.
Then a REALLY popular tumblr page blogged my work. It just took off from there.
I am going to stop selling on Etsy tho. the bill is expensive. :/

Do you think a blog or something would help? I'm considering starting something for a buddy of mine so she can sell her paintings (which are amazing, and I'm not just saying that because I know her).
I can post on my FB, but not a lot of people there would be willing to buy because it would be kind of expensive. Thanks though.
