Ah ok ya that one is a real helium balloon...mine is plastic and can be blown up a bunch of times XD ....kinda like a pool toy.  There is a party store online that sells them I don't know where they ship too....there is another one like that one too thumbs2.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/… when he gets filled up you can walk him around XD www.balloons.co.uk/shop/bmz_ca…

I hope you can get that one that you want!!! He is cute ...he would look nice hanging on a wall too
