On a side note, The Agency (K.I.A) job is to sabotage any threat or weapon from enemy countries. They're a more efficient way of eliminating national threats and avoiding declarations of war. But they have instead taken what could have been destroyed ( the first model of the johtoan pokeball) and gave it to rich and powerful corporations itching to make profits after their arms production fell on a rapid decline.
