Description
My trusty Toyota Celica going at 88mph in the shadow of The Cape de Couedic lighthouse on Kangaroo island, South Australia.This is a combination of 5 30sec exposures of me running around my car with sparklers.
No manip cept for the no. plate and the lensflare in the lighthouse.
[EDIT] Edited for a few reasons - 1) I decided to spruce this up a fair bit before I entered it into the APPA awards. I played around with the clouds too. 2) I lost the original PSD file so I had to recompile it before I could print it anyway

really good, especially the way the car is outlined with those lights. The car couldn't be there and everyone would know what it was from the outline of those lights. It's a great picture overall.

yeah, that would make an awesome photo, unfortunately thats really hard to do when you dont really know where the outline of the car should be. Could always photoshop the car out if I did this in a car studio, but I don't have a studio that big lying around.. :/

Sparklers are more fun than I realised. Whether the idea is new or not, the image is striking nonetheless!
