It's got some potential. The app is a bit slow on my machine but from me it gets a thumbs-up. 
At the very least, it'll give some of those young artists who want to break into digital art a place to start. So, well done dA staff!

This is pretty awesome as is. I really like a lot of the stuff that can be done on it, but I think I would really be absolutely in love with it, if you didn't have to buy the combo packs of all the other brushes and tools. I think that's really not fair to those of us who don't have the money to spend frivolously like that.
But other than that its effing amazing! I freaked out when I saw DA finally got it's own sketchroom type deal.
