This drawing is overall very well made!
I do have a bit of problems though
The fingers are very tangled.
Also, the shading around the eyes could use some more blurring and blending.
The same thing goes for the rest of the shading.
I also think you should shade in a darker colour so it looks more creepy.
Also, I don't think you should have added the lines on the hands and below the fingers. It looks a bit awkward. Try colouring in the lines of the drawing too.
Those are all my problems. Good job! ^^
