Alexander Sonmoon and Rino Black.

He is Rino's third love, and, perhaps, the last one in her life.
They meet in the main mission during the story and Rino is, at first, one of the major antagonists they may face. She's a Third Generation Vampire after all, and the only one in her rank. But alas, Rino's free spirit drags her to betray Valtome's "cause" and join the other party out of fun. Or to spite him. Normally no one would know with her.

At first no one really knew where her loyalties belonged, so Alex took the responsibility to keep an eye on her. That, along with Rino's evident sexual advances ended in a loose relationship of two grown ups trying to let some "steam" off.

He fell in love with her rather easily after that, even thought their beginning wasn't the best of them all, he could see the real Rino, not the spiteful, sarcastic, sadistic and ruthless vampire she wanted all to believe she was, but the tender, down to earth, kind woman she hid rather well. Sadly, just about then, a dark secret of Rino's past and a bloodline she didn't want to see ever again surfaced and their relationship complicated far too much for Rino to bare.

For now, no one knows if their love will surpass all of the enemies it has (Valtome as the main antagonist), but something is sure: is, by far, the most healthy relationship Rino has ever had, and that's something.
