So umm, this here is an original character I guess? I named him Jubilee, or Jules for short. (Just in case any of you were wondering where his arms are, they're folded inside his coat.) So everything is pencil and then I rendered it to make it a little darker. I wrote a little story there on the side and...maybe I'll do a little or lot more of these and work out a whole plot to what's happening.
