Description
Sandcastler gave me the idea of drawing close-ups of the Mermaid's hands, and this is what I have so far.I know it's not much but I plan on doing more later. ^^

Hey, they look great! One way to make them look a bit more realistic is making the webbing appear to blend into the sides of the fingers. I've found that a great way to illustrate that is to obscure one side of the finger's outline like in this example: sandcastler.deviantart.com/art…
Throwing in a few fold or tug/stretch lines in the webs looks cool, too: sandcastler.deviantart.com/art…
And the web membranes look cool with a slightly thicker outer edge where it would fold-over on itself creating sort of a slight 'roll' like this: sandcastler.deviantart.com/art…
