When you first boot up 3D Custom Girl, Kasuko is the first girl to show up and greet the user. Kasuko is the software's mascot character. The first two syllables of her name 'kasu' has nearly the same ring as 'custom' when spelled in Japanese, while the third and last syllable in her name, 'ko', is a feminine word for 'child' which is 'daughter'. So literally, Kasuko is 'custom daughter', hence, 'custom girl'!

I think 3D Custom Girl users need to bring Kasuko out for 'photoshoots' more frequently. She doesn't get as much attention as each and every one of our own personal OCs!
