DISCLAIMER: After my fifth Fallout 3 session, I no longer cared about anything considered 'lore friendly'. Please take your argument elsewhere if you intend to raise a fuss about this issue.Ayase just cleared a Raider occupied town called Fairfax Ruins, although a report by the Brotherhood Outcast suggests the town will be reoccupied in a matter of days due to their fervent interest in capturing Fort Independence located nearby. Maybe a dozen Bottlecap Mines would slow em' down...
Screenshot is from my Fallout 3 session last year. I revived Fallout 3 again after I got Midhrastic ENB running, which (coupled with hi-res texture packs) makes everything in an almost seven year old game look like recent game releases. For sure, I can't wait for Fallout 4.... IF THEY EVER ANNOUNCE IT!
My player character uses the Shojo Race mod.

I still love the ending for Fallout 3, though FNV has better system (such as weapon mods. challenges) but with kinda bad ending, since the divide was before 2nd battle of hoover dam

I'm just so used to using Shojo Race it's kinda hard to go back to normal races.

I do make her smaller then normal size. XD
Console command: "Player.setscale 0.9"
Which is basically 10% shorter and close to, if not the same as Shojo girls. ^^

Took em' only two years to release Fallout 3 after Oblivion. I was expecting Fallout 4 to be out two years after Skyrim. It's now almost four years.
