so this is a new character i've been working on for a while now, he's supposed to be a beta model of the Team Hellsan robot soldiers, otherwise known as bucket heads. even though B.3.R.T was only a beta model made by 4legs, the other members of the team grew rather fond of him due to his kind of sad dopy looking face and then asked 4legs to program a personality for him.
