Description

Here is the outline to Danny's fourth Rider form from my Danny Phantom/Kamen Rider story "Kamen Rider Phantom" the Blizzard Mode. The pose he is in is based on a picture of a toy of Kamen Rider Agito in his Storm form that I saw online, which also looked like the left arm is missing.

Now this form, I am proud of because it feels like an actual Kamen Rider form. As you can guess with the name, this is Danny's ice powered form and it comes with a personal weapon that Danny can make, an Ice Glaive. In the story, Danny unlocked this mode during his fight against Ember and had shown that ice can defeat fire. This is also currently Danny's favorite form because not only can he turn ice into a weapon, Danny can also freeze his enemies like Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat. At the moment Danny only has one finisher for this form, a Rider Thrust where he freezes his foe by spinning his Ice Glaive, creating a blizzard that surround his foe before incasing them in ice and then he charges forward with the blade of the Ice Glaive plunged right into his foe causing a portal to form within the ghost. Chances are Danny will discover new finishers for this form later on.
