Imagine somewhere in the wide expanse of the multiverse, there exists a human version of Rias Gremory? A bumbling Plain Jane otaku who's considered a general nuisance by the students of Kuoh Academy for her blithering antics. One night, after being targeted by a nefarious fallen angel who pretended to be her friend, she is rescued by her crush, Issei Hyodo, the school's idol who is also a powerful dragon deity from ancient lore. She eventually finds out that she possesses a magic red gauntlet housing the spirit of a powerful Welsh dragon.
