Aye, it's a wonderful and very accurate-looking render! Good work! Any chance you'll divulge your lighting setup?

The light comes from different light sources.
At first there is an physical sun and sky shader. It consists of one direct light (sun light) and the common diffuse lighting from the sky.
The sun also emits global illumination photons which are bounced from some red and green objects outside the room (this also tints the scene a little, little, litttttle bit). Diffuse environmental lighting is collected by two area lights in the windows (called portal lights) with 16 light samples each. They also emit global illumination photons

And then there's our flash light, a small spotlight beneath the camera. it also emits globillum photons *g*.

Combined with some ambient occlusion and color bleeding this makes the lighting of this scene

Honestly - if I had not watched the progress on the creation, I'd swear this was just photo.... amazing work...

Just one thing, the shadows are bit light...

There's also some little lighting from outside. I didn't wanted a scene completeley light from a single light source, so I drained the environmental lighting to around 20%.

See, that 'external lighting' just made it look rather 'naturally lit' You've really done a massive amount of work on this whole scene, but especially the organ

hehe
Now I just need to finish all views
However, I'm not really sure when this happens
There are still some macro shots to go
