Dark alley. There's a body on the floor.
Two E.A.G.L.E. agents, dressed in police armor are laughing and kicking at the beaten up ma lying on the floor.
Agent 1, spits at the body and kicks it one more time: "How's that for fun, hey? Care for another ride in the laugh machine?"
Agent 2: "I think the guy had enough. Let's drag him to the station."
Agent 1: "SHUT UP! You're always such a pussy!"
Agent 1 gets in one knee and picks up the beaten up man by the hair.
Agent 1 smiles sadistically at a swollen face.
Agent 1 asks: "Something you want to say?"
A swollen, bloodshot left eye blink at the officer followed by a faint whisper mixed with coughed up blood.
Agent 1, feeling impatient: "What's that maggot?"
Unidentified person responds with heavy coughing.
Unidentified person mutters again.
Agent 2 to Agent 1: "What did he said?"
Agent 1 replies: "He said... Smile?"
Transmission severed.
Likely cause: Explosion.
Suspect is likely to have triggered an strong explosive which took the lives of both the officers and the suspect and started the fire which damaged most of the block
