What do you get when you combine the prosthetic Elf ears you used before your current pair and kept specifically for this idea, latex coloured red, cotton wool and a bit of brown ink? The main enhancements of this trophy chain, of course! The finger in the middle is standard Epic Armoury fair, the bear claws to the side are resin reproductions. Quite happy with how it turned out

Awesome. I've actually thought of this myself, though I have never yet played as an orc.
I think you could evolve it more though. There is a lot of space left.
An arrowhead extracted from your body after a fight, perhaps a piece of loot stolen from a mighty adversary, some orc bodyparts from dead friends or relatives, or a piece of burned wood from your long-forgotten home. There is lots of stuff that could be added.
