32px are various from danish royalty free, Absque, 32px mania, and 32px stock pack (found all on macthemes)
Can't remember where I found the joystick though :/

Love the dock; where'd it come from? Also, with the Finder icon, do you find it to be kind of blurry when "CMD+tab"ing through the open programs? I really like that icon, but I don't like how it looks when switching apps...

The dock is called McDouble. And no the finder icon isn't blurry for me at all when alt+tabbing...
