As the chaldea master, Fujimaru Ritsuka "Gudako" lost her mind a while ago the most dangerous servants started to cause problems to the personal left unchecked, Jack The Ripper was a particularly fearsome entity and compulsive murderer that the security could't handle.

Chaldea has many research of dubious morality, their main bottleneck was summoning servants, they contemplated the possibility of needing to control them but that wasn't an issue until recently, that research finally could be put in good use, replacing the servant head with a controlling device can make these heroic spirits truly worthy of the name "servant" obiosuly that can only be done with extreme preparation but the results are remarkable, Jack the murderer is now a cute maid that can attent the remainign personel, and hasn't lost any combat power to boot!
