Youkai are to be feared by humans, the outside world has lost that fear but Yukari Yakumo has a plan to make a change, a giant rampaging monster is the ideal way to remind these outsiders their place, the wolf youkai Inubashiri Momiji was choosen to the job, she is relunctant, magic to both penetrate the Hakurei barrier and increase her sizeis bound to be unstable.

Her worries proved to be true as she was summoned in the outside world the sages noticed that the poor wolf girl lost something, Momiji Inubashiri is now no more than a mindless body that can only move by pure instict, her fate horrorized even some of the most vile demons on the council, Yukari meanwhile see this as an improvement, a mindless giant is bound to be more dangereous than a girl without any malice toward humans, and considers the accidental sacrifice of Momiji to be a huge success for the operation... but things turned sour quickly.

The outside civilization was way more advanced than what Yukari remembered, they managed to dominate the giant headless tengu obtaining a super weapon with flesh of magic and giving her a mind of steel.
