Hah! So much for DActive-ness, I guess.
‘Sh’yeah, I been lazy… Or busy. Busy AND lazy. I think this set of samples is from… April?
April – so yeah, pretty out-dated. All ready ran it through the gauntlet of reviews and the like, but I still really enjoyed this set. Tails is a cute li’l bugger to draw – and besides that, these pages were more about emotional content than action, a chance to try out a lot of the stuff learned from that old Living Minority project ([link] ). It's really clean for just pencil-work, I've noticed you do backgrounds nicely too

I like your interpretation of Fiona's hairstyle. When she's drawn most of the time she ends up looking very similar to Sally, (which prolly says a lot about Sonic's preferences) so it's nice to see some kind of change.
I also like the detail on the lampost in the background. Was that meant to give yourself a little challenge?

Thanks mate! Yeah, Sonic seems to love the red-heads. But hey, every comic book hero hooks up with a red-head anyway. Peter Parker. Scott Summers... Although Spidey also dated a blond, and Cyclops is currently sleeping with a blond. Sally needs to dye her hair blond (again). Or there needs to be SOME blond. It's, like, in the comic book rulebook.
And nah, the lampost wasn't meant as a challenge in particular. I just like fleshing out my backgrounds to be more than just "And here's a forest. And here's a tree hut. Etc." In the original pages, Sonic and Fi were making out in some random patch of woods. I figured making it under a lampost, kinda' in a "park" area... It'd be more romantic.

I remember this sence poor Tails I drew him huging my character (I'll have to post it up for u sometime if u want). I have a quetion when u redraw theses secne do u color them, put the words in and what not?
