Wow this one took WAY longer than I ever intended. I seriously thought I would have finished this a month ago. A lot of things just got in the way and slowed down my progress. In any case, it's finally done now.

So I really wanted to use my version of Malon in a full scene, so I set up a little barn scene with some cuccos, cows and a horse of course (and Epona obviously). As far as setting up this scene goes, it was pretty straightforward. Adding other animals was obvious, especially the cuccos since they're a Zelda trope. I added the hay bales and wooden crates to fill in the rest of the empty space and some trees to cast shadows so the lighting wouldn't be so flat. Also, I added the depth of field effect to keep the focus on Malon and Epona, since they are obviously the main focal point of the scene.

In Photoshop, I had to adjust the saturation a bit since the original render looked pretty dull color-wise. I also had to fix the feet of one of the chickens because they were clipping through the ground and I didn't really want to re-render the whole thing.
