Character Timeline:
− 1242: Mugon was born during a red sky at sunset, a good omen in the Uranami.
− 1254: Aged 12, Mugon graduates from the Shinobi Academy as the top of his class.
− 1255: Aged 13, Mugon is promoted to Chūnin, he defeated Akihiko (Semi-Finals) and also Miki (Finals)
− 1260: Aged 18, Mugon is promoted to Jōnin when Akihiko is elected as the 5th Akarikage by the Tarō.
− 1262: Aged 20, Akihiko returns and formally accepts his title, and Mugon is formally promoted to Yūnin.
− 1265: Aged 23, hasn't happened yet.

Mugon is the leader of the Uranami clan, was briefly appointed Akarikage, and now advises the 5th Akarikage.
He has been described as calm, knowledgeable and pragmatic but may come off as blunt or harsh when annoyed.
Like his father before him, Mugon embraces his clan's Traditions and does his best to preserve their way of life.
As a result, he tends to be harsher on those who don't respect of follow traditions, especially within his own clan.

Special Bonds:
Akihiko (Teammate) Though the two once shared a bitter rivalry, over time the two have become close friends.
Together, they carry the burden of the entire village on their shoulders, even if they disagree from time to time.
Miki (Teammate) Miki was always the most pleasant member of Squad #113, Mugon considers her a dear friend.
Shizuka (Older Sister) Mugon's older sister, the two share many views and she pushes him to become greater.
Though she was passed over by their parents to become leader of the clan, this has not affected their relationship.
