Description On ANOTHER of the series I took this morning only this one has this blurred tree because I took it right as Phil was hitting the accelerator. Personally, I love the effect but I need opinions on this one. Should I crop out the car in front of me? Should I delete it? Does the effect look amateurish? Help!
