Description That's why some models from GMod looks awful during posing in XNALara. It requires repair.

i would just re rig it fron the armature modifier and weight paint the problems or assign the verts via rig
nice model what version of blender do you have?

2.49 with changed settings of theme and language.

And I'm gonna learn how to do it perfectly to make this model fully posable in XNALara where for now it looks horrible if you change rotation or movement of bones more than 1* ...

cool if thats the case then add a new armature and name the bones then press ctrl p and and assign the mesh to armature from groups then assign the vertices=no room for error
